New appointment booking system from 27.11.23

From Monday 27 November 2023 Haider Practice will be using a new system to ensure our patients get the right appointment with the right clinician, in the right timeframe.

The best and fastest way to request an appointment is by using eConsult, our online consultation system. For patients who cannot go online, our receptionists will help you.

If you phone or come into the practice the receptionist will ask you some questions to ensure our clinicians can decide what action is needed.

We are using this new approach to ensure that we can offer you safe care. If you use the online eConsult system, or if you phone, or if you come to the reception desk, your request or query will be handled in a way that means everyone gets the right care.

You can use the eConsult system to get advice, access local services or request an appointment. Our team of clinicians and trained administrative staff will review your request and usually respond the same day.
